How to Request a Refund or Order Correction
Please email our Customer Support Team at orders@biopureus.com within 30 days of placing your order. Include your order number, the reason for your request, and a list of the item(s) that need attention.
All refunds and order corrections are subject to approval by our skilled Customer Support Team.
Once approved, authorized refunds will be issued as a BioPure® store credit for use at biopureus.com. We do not offer refunds to original forms of payment.
All products offered at sale or clearance pricing are non-refundable and final sale.
We do not provide refunds for sale or clearance items.
Subscriptions
Subscription cancelations requested after your subscription order has been processed will be charged a 75% cancelation fee.
The cancelation fee is assessed as 75% of the total order amount, including shipping fees.
All subscription refunds are subject to approval. Refunds will be issued as a BioPure® store credit for use at biopureus.com.
