Should you have an exception, all requests for returns must be authorized by contacting Customer Support at: 1-800-801-6187 (M-F, 9am to 5pm PST) or email at email@example.com. Please note the terms below apply.
Please have your order number and reason for return ready at the time you call or email and our staff will do their best to accommodate you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We cannot accept returned products that have been opened.
- We can only refund the card on which the purchase was made.
- We cannot refund shipping charges.
- There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
- Returns and replacement requests must be made within 30 days of the date of the original purchase date.
- If you choose the replacement option, we will be shipping out a chargeable replacement for you, and we will refund you the amount of the original order when we receive your return.
- Items on sale are not returnable.
- Discontinued items are not returnable.
