MetalSweep® is a formula that supports the body’s detoxification processes. Highly purified, insoluble silica provides a carrier base that is saturated and ‘functionalized’ with thiol molecules that have a high affinity to form multiple bonds with positive charges. MetalSweepTM also contains Acerola (Malpighia emarginata), a natural fruit extract that is a source of Vitamin C offered in a 30g jar with serving scoop.
MetalSweep® is a detoxification formula that supports the body in its natural detoxification processes. Highly purified, insoluble silica provides a carrier base that is saturated and ‘functionalized’ with thiol molecules that have a high affinity to form multiple bonds with positive charges. The thiol molecules will grab positive charges, forming firm bonds with them. Still attached to the insoluble silica base, the complex molecules are safely shuttled out of the body via the bowels.* The silica carrier molecules are too large to be permeable across cell membranes, resisting cell uptake and biological activity. The insolubility and restriction of action within the gut makes MetalSweep® a unique and safe method of detoxification. The silica and thiol ingredients are all GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by the Food and Drug Administration.

Exposure to potentially dangerous heavy metals is, unfortunately, a fairly common occurrence in our world today. Lead is found in old paint formulas, some gasoline mixtures, food containers, and even some drinking water. Cadmium exposure can come from batteries and cigarette smoke. Mercury has been used extensively in the mining industry, dental amalgams, vaccinations, medicines, and accumulates to dangerous levels in certain seafood.
When undertaking any detoxification program, it is advised that patients should be under the care and supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner to monitor one’s health and test for depletion of important minerals. The duration of use and intensity of the detoxification can be controlled by adjusting the dosage.
