All International shipments are shipped via FedEx International and will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. We accept U.S. currency only. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. All prices are listed in USD.
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your package to arrive. This time frame is subject to customs review process which could add additional days.
Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from BioPure Healing Products, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If customs has held or rejected your order, it is your responsibility to contact customs for the reason and resolution. BioPure is not responsible for items damaged by customs.
Customs may confiscate packages or products that are not allowed within a particular country. If the package is returned to us undamaged we will give credit for the purchase amount of the products only, minus the shipping costs. We cannot give credit if a package is not returned to us.
Due to regulations, no BioPure products are permitted to be shipped to Norway & Spain.
